Use of byramlabs.com constitutes agreement to:
Sales Approval
All sales processed online are subject to the approval of Byram Labs. Sales may be rejected for typographical or other errors. Sales being shipped or billed outside of the USA may require additional documents or fees before being finalized. Please call for details on international orders.

Warranty
Since we do not control the use or application of the products we sell, there are no express warranties extended beyond the descriptions contained herein. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages resulting from the application and use of these products. Since we distribute products manufactured by others, we expressly limit our liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees we pass through to the customer.

Payment Methods
Orders can be placed online using American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Pre-approved customers may purchase with 30 days of credit. To apply for credit, please download a copy of our credit application.

Minimum to Order
All orders below $35.00, not including freight costs will be subject to a shipping/handling fee of $6.99.

Credits
Credits are valid for 18 months from issue, unless otherwise stated in writing from Byram Laboratories, Inc.
