How do I place an order with Byram Labs?
There are 5 ways to place an order with us.

I am setup with Net 30 terms. Do I need to send a physical Purchase order?
Yes. Please email or fax in a Purchase Order. This protects everyone from any discrepancies. Having a PO confirms what is being ordered, the price of the item(s) you are ordering and where you would like your items shipped.
How can I send in a purchase order?
Simply, email your purchase order to Sales@byramlabs.com or fax it to (908) 252-0822
How long does it take to get approved for Net 30?
Most approvals take a day or two. In some rare cases term approval can take longer depending on credit information or if additional credit references are needed. If you need the order processed quicker, you can pay for the first order with another method of payment, such as a credit card.
Can I use more than one credit card?
Absolutely, however each credit card must be in your name and billing to/ship to addresses must match.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. International customers can use a wire transfer to complete their purchase. Please note, their is a $35 fee per wire transfer.
What about PayPal, Google or Apple Pay?
Sorry, we do not accept PayPal, Google or Apple payments at this time.
Why was my order cancelled?
All sales processed online are subject to the approval of Byram Labs. Sales may be rejected for typographical or other errors. Sales being shipped or billed outside of the USA will be cancelled. Sales orders that do not have matching billing and shipping addresses will also be cancelled. The one exception being, Net 30 customers without matching billing and shipping addresses.
I need this stuff fast, when will my order be shipped?
If your items are in stock and ordered by 3 PM EST, we will ship your order the same day. We arrange many drop shipments from warehouses around the country, so please call as chances are we can get your order to you quickly.
Do you ship Fluke Products overseas.
We would love to help you but we are only authorized to sell and ship Fluke products only within the United States.
I am in another country and I need to import this item, can you quote me without VAT?
You would be responsible for any taxes your country charges to import an item. We don’t include VAT in our pricing.
How could my order qualify for Free Shipping?
All orders $100 and over qualify for Free Shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States.
How will my product be shipped with Free Shipping?
Your products will be shipped via UPS Ground. If you need a quicker delivery, please feel free to select, and pay for a different shipping method.
Does your website show stock?
At this time our website does not provide stock information for all products. You will however receive an email confirmation with your estimated ship dates once your order is processed.
We are tax exempt - how do I get my account updated?
You can email your tax exemption certificate to sales@byramlabs or fax it to 908-252-0822. We need to receive your certificate prior to your order being shipped in order to avoid charging sales tax.
How long has Byram Labs been in business?
We have been serving the power generation, power transmission & distribution (Power T&D), and process control industries since 1910.
Is Byram Labs ISO Certified?
Yes we are ISO 9001:2008 Certified by TUV USA, for the Calibration and Repair of Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical Measuring Equipment.
What is your standard turnaround time for calibration?
Our standard turnaround for most instruments is 5-10 day turnaround on most calibrations. Fast 24-hour service is available. Some specialty instruments and disciplines may take longer. You will get a notification of your estimated ship date upon receipt of your instrument.
I want to send a piece of equipment to you for calibration. How do I go about that?
When you are ready to ship the instrument(s), please download and include a completed service request form with the package.
Where is your calibration laboratory located?
Our ISO certified cal lab is located in Branchburg, New Jersey.
Do you offer a NIST traceable calibration?
All of our measurements are traceable to the National Institute of Standards (NIST) and Technology, ensuring the reliability you need for quality control.
